Quincy is a coastal U.S. city in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. It is the largest city in the county and a part of Metropolitan Boston as one of Boston’s immediate southern suburbs. Its population in 2020 was 101,636, making it the seventh-largest city in the state. Living in Quincy offers residents an urban suburban mix and most residents rent their homes. In Quincy there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
Called the “City of Presidents” and “Birthplace of the American Dream”, Quincy is the birthplace of the second and sixth U.S. Presidents: John Adams and his son, John Quincy Adams. Devon truly appreciates history as her family is related to Abigail Adams through her family in North Carolina.

Quincy Quarries Reservation
This historic, but now inactive, granite quarry has been partially filled. Stop here for amazing graffiti rock climbing and hiking, or to enjoy the views of the Boston skyline. The property features 22 acres with quite a bit of graffiti, but also some areas that retain their natural character. Adjacent to Blue Hills Reservation (swimming and diving are prohibited).
